Purpose

 Section 1. Nonprofit Purpose

This group is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

Section 2. Specific Purpose

 To acquire and develop properties creating sustainable environments and sanctuaries for humans.

The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be:

⦁ Acquire properties, landscape, and build housing;

⦁ to provide instruction in building, gardening, product development, marketing, and business to homeless and at-risk homeless persons;

⦁ to provide facilities, equipment, and training for participants to engage in the promotion of a self-sufficient lifestyle;

⦁ to provide opportunities for participants to engage in creating an ecological space for human animal and plant habitation;

⦁ to sponsor, host, and/or participate in events and activities that promote humanity and ecology;
